What Ways Does Nature Use to Prevent Erosion?

Even before man came into existence, erosion was a problem caused by natural forces. Different types of landscapes are negatively affected by these forces, be it water or wind, resulting in the dwindling of shorelines, molding of landscapes, avalanches, and soil infertility, just to name a few. Unfortunately, man's natural characteristic of eating away at what nature provides has significantly aggravated the problem. Nevertheless, Mother Earth still has some tricks up her sleeve.
Causes of Erosion

Erosion is caused by two primary natural forces: water and wind. These forces are so strong that they can move and level mountains, render land infertile, and reduce landmasses over time. Fortunately, these transformations often take centuries, allowing nature to enact preventive and replenishing measures. Unfortunately, these measures take time as well. And man is not helping the case. Incessant mining, logging, and other natural resources-exploitative operations have severely sped up and aided the erosion process.
Plants

Mother Earth's natural self-preservation methods against erosion starts with the vegetation she sprouts up everywhere. Weeds, grasses, and a slew of other plants are considered the first line of defense against erosion. Against wind, the roots of plants allow the particles of any landscape to compact and stay together, enough to resist the godly forces of the air. Against water, plants serve as a top layer buffer that prevents the top particles of the land to wash away with the constant flow of water, be it via heavy rainfall or through the constant bombardment coming from natural bodies of water such as the sea and lakes.
Trees

Every person is taught at an early age what happens when irresponsible logging and mining depletes the rich forests and tree-filled sanctuaries. Avalanches abound, farms are destroyed, and mountains and hills are leveled. These still happen today since man, even with awareness, still continues to eat up the earth tree by tree. Unfortunately, without trees, water and wind erosion quickly destroys landscapes. The roots of the trees keep top and deep soil compact and strong enough to weather water or wind erosion. Aside from that, trees shed branches, twigs, and leaves, which fall to the ground to form mulch, another buffer against erosion. Nature will keep replenishing the forests over time, however, it takes centuries to do so, especially if man does not help and keeps chopping down trees.
Destruction

While it may not be scientifically backed up, many experts believe nature has shown a lot of drastic and destructive responses to erosion, especially if man has aided in it. Volcanic eruptions are such examples. A volcanic eruption is one way to replenish the nutrients of a landscape that has been eroded. The molten lava, when cooled and aged, becomes part of the soil enriching its fertility, basically creating a fresher layer of soil perfect for new wildlife. Earthquakes are examples as well. They can level man-made structures that contribute to erosion and the depletion of the earth's resources.

Can we prevent natural calamities?

Can we Prevent Natural calamities? Thoughts become things but all things are not brought by thoughts. It is true that thoughts eventually become the reality but nobody can maintain that everything that comes to pass in life is due to one’s thoughts. There are natural disasters like tempests, hurricanes, earthquakes, famines, volcanic eruptions, floods, pestilences, epidemics and plaques which occur as per the inherent physical and chemical laws of this planet and nature. Thoughts cannot produce them. The forces involved are colossal, beyond even the imagination of anyone. Yes, conscious, energized and persistent thoughts always become reality. Whatever one visualizes for long does happen. The energy will influence nature and attract forces, people circumstances that will help in the transformation. The brain vibrations will interact with the universal energy and the invisible thing becomes tangible. But it is erroneous to say that ‘things are thoughts.’ Natural calamities are also forms of energy. But the energy involved is colossal. The forces are massive and huge. Nobody can bring or stop a volcanic eruption or an earthquake or a hurricane. Imagine one person thinks of stopping one of them. Let us say one focuses all his thoughts on stopping an earthquake. Of course his thoughts do produce some energy, but it is negligible in comparison to the massive tectonic forces involved in shaking this earth! Even if a million people concentrated their thoughts it would amount to almost nothing. Thoughts may become things , only if they are prolonged with intensity over a long period of time. The ‘thing’ produced is of very small energy value. Hence a million people’s thoughts of a day a month or an year will not produce any great effect like a natural calamity.. Everything in nature follows the laws of the Universe Bigger forces overpower the smaller ones. Who can stop the earth spinning around the sun? It has been doing it for over 4000 million years. It has to continue its revolution and its rotation around its own axis so far as the overpowering sun is there. The sun of course is revolving around the galactic nucleus. It cannot stop this either. Everything on this earth---plants, animals and humans ----are produced by an infinitesimal portion of the sun’s energy coming to this earth. What then can these ‘poor’ creatures do to prevent natural calamities which are powered by such a massive object, such a colossal world of energy?

HOW TO PREVENT GLOBAL WARMING

One of the most important topics of our time is how to prevent global warming. Never before the world is facing a crisis of this magnitude planning. Existence of every living thing, and now their children have been threatened.

Much was discussed about whose fault is humanity Some say its wines, and some say that is a natural cycle of nature. Both schools that are right. While we do not have enough control over nature and its cycles, we will have control over our own contribution. And he that there are efforts to prevent global warming must focus.

Society is beleaguered by numerous methods How to prevent global warming. Do not waste water. Conserve electricity. Use recycled goods. Keep appliances such as television and computers when not in use. Walk more and drive less. Keep a limit on the use of plastics. Plant more trees.

But how effective are these methods and how the difference would really do it? These practices would make a big difference? Is worth the trouble and effort? These practices would make much unlike How to prevent global warming?

Whatever you decide to do must be done now. We are good so far not returned. If you do not act as soon as we will shortly Beyond the point I come back. If we are after, irrespective of what we do, we can not give the effect of global warming.

While individual practices previously mentioned methods, the government should impose stricter laws. It is necessary to use the power of the media to wake up to lazy and stubborn. It is the joint efforts of government, individual, and the media to make a difference.

Saving the environment means saving the world. This means saving our lives. This means that the next generation should be drinking clean water, clean air to breathe. Green living is no longer an option. It is a means of survival.

Working from home saves gas, which is used for travel to work. Less paper and more e-mail e-mail saves trees. These are just a few of the hundreds of Ways of How to prevent global warming. In order to help protect the Earth for future generations, it is your responsibility to educate themselves oNjë important issues of our time, to prevent global warming. Never was the planet earth before it faces a crisis of this importance. Existence of every living thing, and now their descendants came to be threatened.

Much was discussed about whose fault is Some say that people accuse her, and some say that the natural cycle of nature. The two schools of thought right. While we do not have enough control over nature and its cycles, we have control over our involvement. And there are his efforts to stop global warming must focus.

Invasive species damage the lands and waters that native plants and animals need to survive. They hurt economies and threaten human well-being. The estimated damage from invasive species worldwide totals more than $1.4 trillion – five percent of the global economy.
